WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

A resale tax ID number is required

Minimum opening order $250 – Reorders $50

Credit Card only, unless La-Di-Da Designs has approved account for credit terms

All orders will be charged at the time production starts

Net 30 accounts will need to complete credit application

Over 35 days will be charged to the Credit Card on file

Cancellations:  Once order is in production it can not be cancelled or order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee

Prices:  Pricing is wholesale and subject to change without notice.

Items damaged in shipping:  Any item damaged in shipping MUST be reported to La-Di-Da Designs within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns:  Any returns must have prior approval from La-Di-Da Designs
